Hello crocheters!
As promised here is the first round of free patterns that have been made available as part of the Amigurumi Showcase! I will only be sharing the patterns that have caught my eye and that I am planning to make myself (I will update this post with pictures of my makes once I have finished them). These are in no particular order, I’ve also tried to link to the designers’ blogs, Ravelry or Etsy pages if you fancy making any of their other patterns.
1. Kumi the Tiny Doll. She has been designed by a fellow Melbourne designer, Cara, and is just the cutest little lady!
2. Superhero Puppy. This adorable hero was designed by Christina, she designs so many cute critters, and I love that you can pose your dog to make him “fly”!
3. Candy Bat. So many colour possibilities! This little bat is so so adorable and you could be super creative with the colours you chose for it. I’m personally thinking a pink and purple one, what do you reckon? The designer is Polly and her pattern are super cute!
4. Baby Sunfish. You guys may know that I have a soft spot for water creatures, and this Sunfish is just so sweet! The designer, Susana, has so many adorable patterns, and quite a few free ones on her Instagram and Ravelry pages.
5. Baby Bao. Charissa is a new designer who took the plunge during the Amigurumi Showcase, and I can’t wait to see more from her, as this little bao is just too cute!
6. Malcolm the Mallard. Oh my gosh!! How cute is this little duck! I know that Clark would absolutely love to have this to play, so I’m probably going to make it very soon. Jess has lots of cool tutorials and tricks, as well as free patterns on her blog, so make sure you check her out!
That’s it for today! I’ll be back next week with more free patterns from the Amigurumi Showcase for you, I hope you enjoyed those six as much as I do!
x Emma
