Copepods are tiny crustacean creatures (just like prawns or lobsters) that live in the sea’s plankton. They love to come out at night in the water and eat plant material that is just as tiny as them (phytoplankton). If, like me, you are or your know someone who is a marine enthusiast, then this pattern is perfect for you!
Finished size: approx. 25 cm/9.5 inches
Materials
• DK or 8ply yarn in grey (<50g) Optional: black and red yarn (<5g)
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• Stitch marker, tapestry needle, and scissors
• Polyfill
• 2 craft pipe cleaners
• Optional: 1x 8 mm safety eye (not meant for children under 3 y.o.)
