I’ve always loved pelicans, there are quite a lot in Australia and they are awesome to watch. I especially love that they can fill their beaks with water to catch fish. Just before they swallow, they can drain that water to only eat the fish without also drinking the sea water. I also really love the markings on their faces, some of them are just so pretty!
Finished size: approx. 10 cm/4 inches
Materials
• DK or 8ply yarn in white, black and orange
• 3.5mm crochet hook
• Stitch marker, tapestry needle and scissors
• Polyfill
• 2x 8mm safety eyes (not meant for children under 3 y.o.)
